  • I'm confused on how to get my free items.  We'll reach out via email by the 3rd business day of each month, which you'll choose your redemption preference for your free items for that particular month. You can either choose to have the balance sent to your email address on a gift card for store credit to pick out your own item(s) or to have us send a surprise package to your mailing address. The email will allow you to choose your preference for that particular month. The amount of items you will be eligible for will be equal to the amount of purchases made with your codes for the month. If you opt for an Ambassador Package, all your free items are sent in ONE package each month based upon what we have available in your size in addition to any special requests. We do our best to send you your requests! Make sure you check your spam folder! You have until the 10th business day of the month to respond with your redemption preference of store credit or Ambassador Package and provide your preferred mailing/email address. All Ambassador Packages and store credit redemptions are processed by the 15th business day of the month. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after with the option to track your Ambassador Package or with your gift card code. Unfortunately, if you don’t respond by the 10th business day after receiving your initial email, you will no longer be able to claim your Ambassador Package that month ): 
  • Do I have to spend money? Nope! No purchases are required by you to be apart of the program or to receive free items! Most ambassadors make an initial purchase using their unique discount code, but an initial purchase is not required.
  • Do I have to buy something? Nope! No purchases are required by you to be apart of the program or to receive free items! Most ambassadors make an initial purchase using their unique discount code, but an initial purchase is not required.
  • Do I have to pay for shipping? Nope! We cover all shipping and handling costs for your free items every month! (:
  • Are there social media posting requirements? Nope! There are no specific posting requirements! It's really an ambassador led program - you choose how often and in what way you participate! (But we love when you post! Tag us @royelle.boutique on Instagram! We love reposting you queens!)
  • Does follower count matter? No! 
  • Can I request specific items? Yes! There is a portion of the application where you can list your requests for specific items or specific types of items! You can update, add, or remove requests at any time by contacting hello@royelleboutique.com! While we do our best to honor your requests, items are ultimately sent based on what we have in stock in your size!
  • What if I change my mind about being apart of the Ambassador + Free Item Program? You can opt-out at any time by contacting hello@royelleboutique.com!
  • How do I get free items? You'll receive an additional free item in your Ambassador Package for the month any time your 10% off code is used by someone else or any time you use your 15% off Ambassador Code!
  • What if my codes aren't used at all during the month? No worries, sometimes you just need a break! For that month, you just won't receive an Ambassador Package. This is 100% okay! We'll still reach out at the end of the month via email!
  • Do purchases that I place as an Ambassador with my 15% off discount code count toward my free items in my monthly Ambassador Package? Yes! For any purchase that YOU make using your unique 15% off code, you'll receive an additional free item in your Ambassador Package for that month! Although we appreciate the support, an initial purchase is not required. We never want to pressure you into shopping with us!
  • How will I know how many items I'm getting or when my Ambassador Package is coming? Our team will reach out via email by the 3rd business day of each month to discuss your free items for that month, provide your monthly summary, and to obtain a mailing or email address to send your item(s) or store credit via gift card! Make sure you check your spam folder! In the email you will choose Option 1 (we pick out the items in your physical Ambassador Package sent to your mailing address) or Option 2 (store credit via gift card to pick out your own items)! You have until the 10th business day of the month to respond with your redemption preference of store credit or Ambassador Package and provide your preferred shipping/email address. All Ambassador Packages and store credit redemptions are processed by the 15th business day of the month. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after with the option to track your Ambassador Package or with your gift card code.   • Why don't you ask for my address in the application? If accepted into the program, we reach out at the end of each month via email to obtain your preferred shipping address for that month. We do it this way to prevent sending your Ambassador package to a previous or incorrect address!
  • Do I receive an initial gift/package for applying? This particular program does not include initial gifts or monetary compensation. Most ambassadors make an initial purchase using their unique discount code, but an initial purchase is not required. We never want to pressure you into shopping with us!
  • What if I don't like the items in my Ambassador Package? The best way to prevent this is by sending item requests or opting to receive store credit via gift card to pick out your own item(s). We do our best to send you items that we think you'll love and if we cannot fulfill your requests, we try to send an item with a similar style to your requests! We want you to LOVE it!
  • What if the items in my Ambassador Package don't fit correctly? The best way to prevent this is by providing the most accurate sizes and measurements. We measure all of our items as listed in our size charts! The more sizing information you provide us, the better we can ensure your items will fit perfectly!
